Lt Gen Dushyant Singh, PVSM, AVSM (Retd.) is a highly decorated Indian Army veteran with over four decades of distinguished service in strategic leadership, counter-terrorism, national security, and military operations. He has commanded formations at every level, including a Corps, and served as Commandant of the Army War College. A United Nations Military Observer and former Inspector General (Operations) of the National Security Guard, he is an accomplished strategic thinker and author on contemporary security challenges. As an Advisor to IIFOMAS, he brings invaluable expertise in defence strategy, humanitarian and post-conflict issues, and international security cooperation, strengthening the Forum's mission of advancing Mine Action, safety, and sustainable development.

Maj Gen R. S. Bhadhuria, PVSM, AVSM (Retd.) is a distinguished Indian Army veteran with 36 years of exemplary service in strategic leadership, defence studies, and military education. He currently serves as Additional Director General of the Centre for Land Warfare Studies (CLAWS) and has previously led the Centre for Strategic Studies & Simulation at the United Service Institution of India. A specialist in scenario-based strategic gaming and national security studies, he has conducted strategic exercises for premier institutions, including the National Defence College, Army War College, and the Indian Foreign Service Institute. As an Advisor to IIFOMAS, he contributes his extensive expertise in strategic planning, conflict analysis, and international security to further the Forum's mission of advancing Mine Action, safety, and sustainable development.
