About IIFOMAS

India International Forum on Mine Action and Safety (IIFOMAS), is an independent Indian think tank on Global Mine Action Scenario and Demilitarization of obsolete and abandoned weapons and explosive devices (DEMIL). As India’s premier think tank for mine action, IIFOMAS unites experts, government bodies, and international organizations to strategize, innovate, and implement sustainable solutions for mine clearance, community safety, and humanitarian aid. Knowledge gained by IIFOMAS will assist in strategizing Mine Action activities across the Globe.
IIFOMAS is an initiative of the Horizon Safer World Foundation (HSWF) and is driven by a team of dedicated Promoters with over two decades of experience in every aspect of Mine Action. With a deep passion for creating a safer world, our promoters bring unmatched expertise and commitment to this vital mission.
