Maj Gen Ajay Seth, VSM (Retd) was commissioned in Garhwal Rifles Regiment of Indian Army in December 1982. He has served in Op Blue Star and has done number of challenging tenures in Counter Insurgency including commanding an Infantry Battalion and Rashtriya Rifles Sector.
As Additional Director General International Cooperation, he steered Defense Cooperation with Armed Forces of foreign countries.
Post superannuation he has been delivering talks and writing articles.
